I pull hair from my head, face, and body. I believe this is a physical manifestation of anxiety. Often times, I don’t realize that I’m doing this until I have succeeded in removing a hair and I begin to experience the subsequent short release of tension followed by guilt and renewed anxiety. For this short video meditation, I forced myself to do this mindfully and fully experience the moment.
